Regional Planning Hearing on 19-story Woodfin Hotel and timeshare (Parcel 9U) on Via Marina between Tahiti and Marquesas as well as Neptune Apartments, Parcels 10 and FF. FF is a public parking lot that is being awarded to private developers. This is a significant meeting and the next level in the County's development assault on Marina del Rey. If approved, these projects will have significant impacts on the environment, traffic and our community.
