It is skewed and wholly untrue as stated.
I left you a phone message yesterday, June 9, 2008 requesting that you write LAFCO a letter with your request so that we could answer in the same manner. Based on the inaccurate diatribe provided below, I believe that letter or fax form must be the appropriate method of communications from this point on.
