County admits Bar Harbor is in breach of lease ARGONAUT article
The Argonaut in its July 24, 2008 edition Helga Gendell reported that County officials are acknowledging that the owner of Bar Harbor on Via Marina in Marina del Rey — Doug Ring (Marina Two Holdings, LLC) — is now in breach of the lease for not beginning construction by a specified date for the redevelopment of the parcel.
