Dear Friend,

Please reconsider this project. It's not right for the marina. It will ruin the jewel of Los Angeles.

Thank you!

Not one resident in the area will be happy about this project coming to fruition. Parking and traffic will be a nightmare, for one. There are beautiful birds that reside here and this is what makes Marina Del Rey special. Don't ruin the Marina, please!

There is no way that this project should be allowed to ruin the Marina. It is too high, too dense, and only serves to line the pockets of the developers, and the County who wishes to derive more tax revenue from the area. It will actually change the winds that push sailboats out and into the channel, destroy the views of hundreds of residents, and cause tremendous congestion in an already overcrowded area.

Please don't vote for this project. It's definitely not appropriate for the Marina. This is supposed to be a boating community. These projects are ruining the Marina's appeal. It's beginning to look like downtown L.A. You wouldn't want it if you lived here. But, you don't......

The County Supervisors seem hell bent on overbuilding the Marina and completely disregard the lack of infrastructure to support their grandiose plans. We simply do not have the roads, sewers, schools and general infrastructure to support quadrupling of density in this community. This is all about generating tax revenues and long term lease fees at the expense of existing residents. We need to stop the County from destroying our quality of life here. Let the Supervisors know their plans are both unacceptable and unresponsive to the communities interest.
