Neptune Apartments 526 Units

526 apartments in four, 4-story residential buildings. To replace public parking lot on parcel FF which is supposed to be developed into a park/green space for visitors and residents.

Location: Corner of Via Marina and Marquesas.

Potential Impacts: increased traffic; loss of public parking facilities; loss of open space and views. Status: approved by Regional Planning Commission, hearing by Board not yet scheduled.

Big mistake. Please consider a no vote for development of this lot. This is home for a lot of people.

This project is just stupid. It's too big and will probably sit more than half empty like the Esprit is. Why don't they get the Esprit completely rented before they go on destroying the Marina with useless over building

Leave this area alone. The Esprit looks like a motar and brick jailhouse. This project will look like the annex and appear like a govenment building. What are they trying to achieve with this design? No balconies? No tenant will be able to enjoy the marina's breeze or the smell of the ocean. What a crying shame for everyone.
